Agreement
By accessing or using PowerFlow ("the Service"), operated by PowerFlow Labs ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
PowerFlow is a geopolitical intelligence platform that tracks and scores collective actors based on sourced reporting. The platform provides analytical scores, assessments, and relationship data generated through a combination of AI-driven ingestion and human editorial judgment.
Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with its intended use as an analytical platform. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service. You may not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others. You may not misrepresent PowerFlow scores or assessments as official government or institutional positions.
Intellectual property
All content, scores, assessments, and analytical outputs generated by PowerFlow are the intellectual property of PowerFlow Labs. You may reference PowerFlow data with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell PowerFlow content in bulk without written permission.
Disclaimer
PowerFlow provides analytical intelligence based on sourced reporting. Scores and assessments reflect the model's current state and are not predictions, recommendations, or guarantees. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowerFlow Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
