Who we are
PowerFlow is a geopolitical intelligence engine. We track how power actually moves through the world, not how it claims to.
The global information system is broken in a specific way: it produces enormous volumes of reporting but almost no accumulation. Every news cycle resets. Context disappears. The structural shifts that actually determine outcomes are buried under events that feel urgent but change nothing. PowerFlow exists to fix that.
We build a living model, not a feed. Every piece of sourced intelligence is ingested, structured, and scored against the existing model. Events accumulate into understanding. The model gets sharper over time, not louder.
We score what we can see, not what we assume. Nothing enters the model without source attribution. No inference from training data, no sentiment proxies, no crowd-derived signals. If the intelligence record doesn't support a claim, the model doesn't make it.
We measure the gap between claims and reality. Most power analysis takes stated positions at face value. PowerFlow measures the distance between what actors claim and what they actually control. That gap is where the signal lives.
How it works
Ingest
Sourced reporting enters the pipeline. AI agents extract structured intelligence: actors, mechanisms, trajectories, and cascade effects.
Score
Every actor is scored on Authority (internal control) and Reach (external influence). Relationships are scored bilaterally. All calibrated against anchors and peers.
Accumulate
Each ingestion updates the living model. Score deltas surface what changed. Dependency chains propagate cascades. The model compounds.
Who builds this
PowerFlow is built by a small team that believes geopolitical analysis should be structural, accumulated, and accessible. The platform combines human editorial judgment with AI-driven ingestion and scoring to maintain a model that would be impossible to operate manually at this scale.
We are not a news organization, a think tank, or a consultancy. We are building an intelligence engine. The product is the model itself: continuously updated, internally consistent, and grounded in sourced reporting.
